2016 Fielding Hills Winemaker Dinner

Join Winemaker Mike and Karen Wade at the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club on November 12th at 6p for a 4 course dinner paired with the 2013 vintage. This is the unveiling of the 2013 to the public. The cost is $88 and includes tax and gratuity. Complete menu details are coming soon. Limited seats are available and refunds will be given if received prior to November 1, 2016 (Currently there is a waiting list for dinner – email karen@fieldinghills.com to be put on the wait list)

First Course – Gathering Time and Appitizers
A selection of Cheeses, Charcuterie, and nibbles designed to pair with Fielding Hills 2013 Proprietary Blend “Tribute” and the preview of the 2013 Malbec – Brie, Cambazola Bleu, Tillamook sharp white cheddar and Manchego (Spanish sheep’s milk) cheeses with Sopressata, wine salami, Greek olives, toasted pecan halves, dried apricot halves, crackers and toasted baguette slices.
Second Course – Settle into the Evening with a Hearty Salad
Iceberg wedge with prosciutto, honey roasted fig, Gorgonzola, apple-balsamic vinaigrette and crushed candied hazelnuts paired with Fielding Hills 2013 Merlot
Third Course – Savor the Main Event
Roasted tenderloin of beef with wood fired forest mushrooms, gratin potatoes and autumn vegetables served with Fielding Hills 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc
Fourth Course – The Perfect Finish
Molten chocolate cake w/brandied Chukar cherry center paired with Fielding Hills 2013 Syrah
