2007 Vintage

10/19/09-  The '07 continues to be selling well.  Overall, the premium wine segment has experienced a significant drop in consumer demand.  We have not experienced this down turn.  We would like to think this is due to our high correlation of pricing to quality.

9/24/09- No excuse for so little reporting... wow 2 years past.  Well the 07 is now released and for sale.  The spec sheets are here.  After tasting the '07 several times since its release, I have found the Cab Sav showing very well, but it also stands to benefit from more time in the bottle.  Most drinkable right now is the Merlot and Syrah.

9/19/07- Harvested and crushed the Merlot.  Wonderful flavors.  4.5 tons.

On September 13, 2007 Gus and I visited RiverBend Vineyards.  We walked the block tasting grapes with Brian.

Merlot is close, perhaps harvest next Wednesday.
